聯辰公司於1995年7月成立，取以英文字「EVERISE」為名。「EVERISE」一字，實蘊合了「EVER」與「RISE」二詞意涵---「EVER」一詞，宣達聯辰公司守護眾人身心健康之初心，恆保不變；「RISE」一詞，期許聯辰食品為眾人提供優質養護，使如旭昇般散發光采耀目的生命活力與能量。
